The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) because it is not legally obliged to do so.
We only process data that you voluntarily provide us with, or technical data necessary for the operation of the website.
When you submit the form, we process:
name and surname,
email address,
phone number,
the content of the report / enquiry.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process:
email address.
The newsletter is sent out via the service MailerLite. You can opt-in without double opt-in, but you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
On the web we use:
Google Analytics - traffic analysis,
Microsoft Clarity - analysis of user behaviour.
These tools may process technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, web behaviour, etc. These data are only processed on the basis of consent granted via the cookie bar.
